Since I was a little girl, I’ve had an admiration for creative spaces and beautiful things.. The sky, a field of flowers, the way the colors of the world light up at golden hour and feel soft at dawn.. Putting together a table scape for a dinner with close friends, lingering in the candle light and telling stories we’ve told over and over.. There is such beauty in simplicity.

Shooting film, to me, feels like capturing the beauty of something that’s already there. Capturing the essence of what’s in front of you - the candid, messy, emotion-filled moment. I love film because it is so raw. It’s grainy and imperfect, yet it perfectly captures the feeling of what’s on the other side of the lens.

The beauty of film speaks for itself.
